Freezing Cold
18 06 2007I like winter - I really do… but it’s soooo cold at the moment! My fingers are frozen and the heater is working over time.
This is a definate advantage to being a WAHM - I can work in my slippers! I’m tempted to put my lovely, warm dressing gown on over my clothes!
I was thinking that exact same thing the other day - the weather in Sydney has been terrible as well! The other day I propped myself up on the lounge under the doona with my laptop on my lap - now that is an office!
Brisbane has finally been getting a few cold days too. I sent out a heap of mail today and had trouble writing on the ‘With Compliments…’ slips. My hands were so cold they didn’t want to work!!!
And yes, I’ve got my sheepskin slippers on too… must remember to take them off when I go to the shops later!
I know what you mean about the slippers - gotta love that.
