Waiting for my Monster Spray…
1 04 2007Z is refusing to sleep. Not only is he refusing to go to bed, but is preventing N from sleeping too… Currently Z is in my parents room (because he can’t reach the door handle) and having a tanty because he wants to be in his bed… but if I put him there, he doesn’t stay! 
Part of the problem, he’s overtired.
I’ve recently heard rave reviews for Monster Spray from Real Mums. From what I can tell, the essential oils in it are calming and help induce sleep. In desperation last night I ordered some - I’m really struggling to get Z to sleep at a normal time. I’ll let you know how it goes.
The other reason I want him to sleep well is that once he goes to bed well, then I can move him back to his own room, rather than sleeping on a mattress on my bedroom floor!
If anyone has any sleep tips to help a 3 year old stay in bed, I’d be happy to hear some suggestions…

It’s great that you’ve sold out, though I guess I’ll have to wait a few more days for mine… Fingers crossed this means there are HEAPS of kids sleeping peacefully
