We’ve just had a long weekend in Melbourne… N is NOT impressed - he missed out on Assembly on Monday, and his show and tell.

Last week, N was awarded Student of the Week for showing the value of Self Reliance.  He is always the first to have his bag packed and ready to go home, and his teacher can always rely in him to help out and pack up after activities.  His Student of the Week award was going to have been presented to him yesterday at assembly, but because of the public holiday yesterday, there was no assembly. :(  On the plus side, he will have it presented to him next Monday

Monday is also his show and tell day.  N took something with him today to show, but he was sad he missed out yesterday.  N LOVES show and tell and is always excited choosing what to take - even to the point of trying to convince Z to let him take some of his trains to show…

Tuesday, however, is Art, and N loves "making things".  He’s not too impressed that they are just painting at the moment, though.  He’d much rather make something!  The art teacher assures us that  they will be making things next term.
